Yuzu Negroni Cocktail

This Yuzu Negroni cocktail offers a harmonious blend of flavors. It is a Yuzu and gin-based cocktail mixed with Suze gentian liqueur and white vermouth. This cocktail uses Yuzu fruit puree from ODK company in Italy to add a dash of freshness. High-quality product made out of handpicked Yuzu fruit in Sicily. While on the other side, Suze gentian liqueur adds bitterness and an aromatic gentian aroma to the cocktail.

Ingredients:

30 ml Gin

30 ml White Vermouth

25 ml Suze Liqueur

0.5 ml Yuzu Puree

Preparation:

Put all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir your mixture until well chilled. Strain your Yuzu Negroni over a large ice cube. Use Yuzu or Lemon wheel as a garnish. Enjoy!
