Ingredients:

30 ml Bourbon

30 ml Aperol

30 ml Amaro

30 ml lemon juice

Preparation:

Put all ingredients together in a shaker and add ice. Shake until well-chilled. Lastly, strain it into a chilled coupe glass.

You can use a lemon twist or folded paper plane.
