Creamy Mudslide Cocktail

Our good friend, and a skilled bartender with over seven years of experience. Otto Grundmann is the name to remember. Despite this creamy cocktail, he shared with us a Desert Rose cocktail too.

After a while, Baby Brada has been bartending and providing his skills at Ka’lavanda Music Bar on Hvar Island (the sunniest place in Europe).

Otto shared with us his alter ego – Baby Brada (brada means beard in Croatian) which refers to his strong beard. Back in 2018, Brada worked in NOBU London, Hotel & Restaurant as a bartender. He has been awarded the Employee of the Year as a talented and dedicated team member.

Today, he prepared something delicious.

Ingredients:

30ml Vodka 

30 ml Coffee Liqueur

30ml Baileys

50ml Heavy Cream

Method:

shake & strain

Garnish with coffee beans and rose petals (optional).
